Only punters with enough punts are ranked. In 2013, Austin Rehkow (+42.9) led college football punters in punt points per 100 punts, ahead of Cody Mandell (+35.5) and Cameron Johnston (+33.4). 121 punters qualify (minimum 30 punts). The median qualified punter had −1.5.
