Terms of Use
FootballKickingStats.com provides sports statistics, analysis, editorial articles and links to specialist resources for general information. These terms describe use of that material. The operator of this website is FootballKickingStats.com.
Reading and Using the Site
You may browse and share links to FKS pages. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity or use the site unlawfully. If you need data exports, republication or commercial use of our original material, contact us and review the underlying source licenses.
Statistics and Limitations
Data can contain errors, incomplete coverage or delayed updates. Page season labels and methodology notes describe the loaded data. MAKE is a statistical estimate, not an official league rating or a measurement of an athlete’s character, mental health or future performance. We welcome corrections but cannot promise that every value will always be complete or current.
Editorial and Training Content
Articles provide context and general educational discussion. They are not individualized medical, mental-health, recruiting, legal or financial advice. Training suggestions and athlete experiences do not guarantee outcomes. Seek qualified support appropriate to your circumstances.
Sources and Intellectual Property
Original FKS writing and design are protected as applicable by law. Underlying data, quoted material and third-party brands remain subject to their owners’ rights and source licenses. Where material is covered by a Creative Commons or other license, that license governs its permitted use. These terms do not restrict uses the law permits.
Team, league, school and athlete names identify the subjects of our reporting. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. FKS is not an official NFL or NCAA service.
External Providers and Relationships
External training, podcast and research websites operate independently. Check their current services, credentials, pricing and terms before making a decision. An A-Game connection listed in our directory is not automatically an FKS partnership. Sponsored placements, referral compensation and relevant ownership relationships must be clearly disclosed where applicable.
Availability and Applicable Rights
We may update content or features and correct or remove material. FKS provides informational material without a promise of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy or a particular result. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
