Total yards the receiving team gained on returns of a punter's kicks. It combines the punter's placement and the coverage team's tackling.

Lower is better, but more returns means more yards. In 2023, Ryan Rehkow (297) led college football punters in punt return yards allowed, ahead of Lucas Borrow (227) and John McConnell (211). 137 punters qualify.
